This is a workshop/lessons for beginners and intermediate students. We will all write the icon of “Do Not Lament Me”.
You can choose to come either on Monday Afternoons from 12 noon till 3:30 pm, or on Wednesdays from 6 pm till 9:30 pm, or I suppose you can come to both incase you miss one session or another… you can see the other.
Anyone who is able to sit and focus can paint an icon, from mature teens to seniors. I do not recommend this for children as some of the supplies are potentially poisonous and almost all paints are messy. Most of the participants are adults.
I will supply all the brushes, paints, gilding supplies, boards and more. You do not need to bring any painting supplies unless you wish (such as your favourite paint brush). What I do recommend you bring is a reusable water bottle/coffee mug (to be environmentally nice), a desk lamp and an extension cord (short) to plug in your lamp with. If you don’t have these things don’t worry.
Dress casually, and remember we will be painting and sanding and making messes. So don’t wear your Sunday best. Or bring an apron… or both.
Since these are short classes food will not be provided. You can make yourself some tea if you wish though.

Cost is $500 Canadian, $100 of which is a deposit to be paid asap. The remaining $400 can be paid at the beginning of the workshop. Methods of payment are found at the end of this form.
There is a limited number of spots available so, register and put your deposit in before this workshop fills up.
